I've been to Seoul and all over Korea.

I've been to NY/SF/LA/SEA/BOS plus many more.

No American city has close to the infrastructure as Korea although Seoul is way larger than the biggest American city. Funnily enough they have cities that have 500,000 people and that is considered "country".

Also Seoul truly never sleeps which is very cool. A lot of 24hr amenities. Contrary to popular belief you have access to better healthcare than America because they have universal healthcare. Most people won't ever get an illness that requires state of the art American medicine. The doctors are trained enough for 99.9% of the population.

Ofcourse they still have their mountain villages/farmlands.

So city structure is definitely first world. Internet speeds are fast but I don't get the meme where Korea has the fastest internet. Granted not many places in America have fiber.

Healthcare and amazing city structure is all it really has going for it though.

China could overtake Korea easily. Japan probably could too even with just its SDF. I dont see a country having the ability to annex America.

I have been to South Korea and I truly did love it. It is a modern country and the people have a sense of community that we could learn from.
America scores better points in two areas that aren't gun related
(1) American plumbing is generally better.
(2) So is the American methods of waste management.

Korean toilets generally don't handle toilet paper, which is why one will see little waste bins next to toilets in public restrooms.
Instead of trash cans, there were areas along the street where one would simply litter and walk off. Garbage men would have to pick it up, themselves.

First/Second/Third world are outdated Cold War terms for countries who aligned with US or USSR. For example, Ireland and Switzerland were 3rd world countries since they didn't join NATO.

Visiting atm, agree completely with this, there's not a scrap of litter in the streets, protesters tidy up after their protest and don't smash up their own city, the infrastructure is unbelievably good.
