Anybody who thinks Bernie is viable is completely misunderstanding the dynamics of the Democratic party. Progressives are expected to back New Democrats to keep out the GOP but New Democrats in the media and elsewhere would bury Bernie in a heartbeat even with Trump as the alternative. If Bernie was going to try to pull a Trump and power through that he would have started that two years ago.
