Valencia is a tiny city of not even a million inhabitants. However all spanish cities are pretty shit. The Franco dictatorship had some good things and some bad things, one of the bad things was their approach to urbanism, they basically wanted to be like the US, but with francoblocks instead of suburbs, and the rampant speculation did the rest.

In regards to just urbanism, Barcelona is probably the best of the bigger cities, they're doing loads to make the city more walkable, reduce traffic, imrpove public spaces, public transit, that sort of thing. Of course there you have all the degeneracy, niggers, shitskins, commies and other riff-raff fucking it up. Then again you're a burger, so no offense but you probably don't know much about urbanism and think that proper cities are some sort of commie plot, when really it's just going back to the traditional, non-degenerate way of building cities.
