This whole show is about Trump distancing himself from Sessions/ DOJ. DOJ has to look impartial when they bring the hammer down on the FBI, et al. so far in the special elections Trump's hardcore base hasn't showed up, and you can see that by exit polls. so far it's been mostly college educated republicans voting. the dems with 90% turn out are still losing against 40% of the GOP. with the media screaming impeachment Trump loyalist will swallow their pride and vote for GOP candidates they otherwise dispose in order to save Trump.
nothing exists in the Russia collusion, after 2 years they haven't found anything and they won't. right now it's all about shaking down Trump associates. every rich person in America is guilt of tax evasion and I'm sure if you looked hard enough most Americans would be as well to some degree. remember the Russia collusion charges didn't stick and that was with a DC jury. if it doesn't stick there it won't stick anywhere. knowing that they're playing a guilt by association game but it isn't going to work.
