Eastern Europe is rather capitalist on the taxation front, but very very socialist on bureaucracy, licenses etc. It has gotten a lot better in the last 20yrs in Poland, Czechia and Slovakia, but they still love some good old fashion local language slow paper tiger shit for most things.
