My guess is that the guy in the picture is supposed to be one of those "looks-only" bodybuilders, who heavily train their arms and shoulders but neglect their core (leading to a narrow waist like the one in the pic), abuse anabolicas like synthetic testosterone and are unable to use their muscles outside of the gym (or even with free weights, for that matter) because their core muscles and legs are lacking. In other words, posers who only care for their looks.
