If you're not larping this is your answer. Back then we didn't use any ((shampoo)) or anything similar. We only used soap on our hair and body. Of course, we had styling gels but that was the only thing we applied to our hair.
Don't use ((shampoo)). They literally destroy your hair.

I'd say reduce the use of it to a bare minimum or switch to soap/ good shower gel and use only after workout/physical work or when your hair is dirty. Daily shampoo use is definitely harmful to your hair, just watch how that formula rips through any dirt and fat, then think of the same thing wrecking your hair. Daily use is probably the equivalent of just using a toilet cleaning liquid once in a month
