China doesn't need it's people to physically move to Africa, they just need the resources and land for farming. With modern technology, they just need to own the land through a hundred different shell companies contracted to the African governments while automated machines do the actual agriculture/extraction with some local labour and the occasional Chinese overseer. The resources are then shipped back to China. China will offer some grants and investment as a bribe to keep the African governments complicit. The only valuable farm land is in South central and Eastern Africa. The rest is tropical rainforest or desert so not worth owning.

With the aging population in China, its population will actually begin to reduce as its elderly population dies off. The imbalanced male youth population will be encouraged to expand westward into Tibet, Xinjiang and Central Asia and support the new Silk Road routes for the poor and America and Australia for the rich. If they can't find wives here, they will import them from Southeast Asia, which will cement their ties in that region also, as they always have done with their large overseas Chinese populations in those countries already.

There will be no large scale human settlement of Chinese people in Africa, nor will the Chinese government even want to openly control the region, opting instead to do it through smaller hidden shell companies, which is how they control the West as well. When Europeans colonized Africa, it was mostly empty with very small local African populations, so it was seen as mostly free real estate, same as America and Australia. They also needed people physically there to extract resources and farm, as technology wasn't as developed. Ports also needed to be controlled by Western governments and Companies as modern trade organisations and corporations didn't exist to maintain trade laws and security. The modern situation is different for China.

I doubt that. China is hell for chinese people. It is very competitive. Making money in africa is easy for chinese people. They will come in their hundreds of thousands, then millions, if allowed to.

The British also imported Indian laborers and European settlers as there weren't enough local African people who were willing to do so or could communicate in English as they were mostly sporadic tribal people and could escape easily into the interior if forced. This would be like relying off Amazonian Indians to develop Brazil. However, in the modern age, there is a huge African local population that can communicate in European languages (and increasingly, also in Mandarin) that is more than willing to work for low pay for whatever labor is required, even despite much better automated technology also. The Chinese therefore have no reason to send Chinese people to settle in Africa like the Europeans did.

Chinese going to foreign lands to conquer and colonize isn't part of the Chinese mentality, it's a European projection onto them ("What would Europeans do if we had a nation like China?"). China prefer peace and stability over everything. Sending millions of young peasants to Africa to become wealthy independent capitalist Triad-tier feudal lords that could start pose a power struggle back home while also having to support when they inevitably have conflicts with the local African populations is not a typical Chinese strategy for peace. Some Chinese may illegally escape and try this like the Chinese who moved to California, but this won't be government policy.

Due to the one child policy, most Chinese elders have 1 child that they have invested into and hope will take care of them when they are old. If they have a son, he will need resources to find a wife to marry, resources which the parents will have to give to him, which will then just end up transferred to the wife's parents. If he goes aborad and has a child with an African, that child will grow up in Africa and will only relate to its African family, and will spend any resources it has on the African side. It's therefore actually in the Chinese parents' interest for the single male son to remain single or bring a foreign bride to China so she and her children can take care of the Chinese parents solely, rather than the son leaving to settle another land. It's likelier therefore that the Chinese parents will prefer their son remains incel but takes care of them with the occasional prostitute visit and foreign bride. The Chinese government will see this and encourage it. Chinese may settle abroad in some numbers, but not en masse, and if they do take foreign brides, they will be encouraged to bring them back to China to take care of the Chinese parents rather than the foreign parents so that the large elderly population isn't neglected.
