If we capture every single one of these gangsta niggas in Chicago and send them to a government sponsored education facility where they will be forced to partake in college level education, read high end literature, listen to classical music, learn to speak perfect english, master a technical skill and those who fail to absorb the teachings will be physically tortured until they submit and pass the grade, will it work?
Can you mold the corrupted into perfection through coercion?
I want to know if these... creatures can be turned into physicians, engineers and fine artists-high iq men after around 7 years of proper education.

i’d say that if by 5th grade these children show slow advancement or signs of learning disabilitythey should be mandated to attend a trade school, for things like welding, auto mechanics, etc.

if they stop attending school, or fall far behind, their families should get there social benefits taken away or lowered.

there’s no easy solution.
there needs to be a complete reform of the education system so that we stop spending resources on children that cannot or do not want to learn.

Da vinci is probably too much. But teaching them to parrot things already discovered by mankind like how to do an appendectomy, underwater welding, design a simple app, draw sprites or manage a farm should be no problem. Basic things to run a nation.
