As someone thats been in a position of hiring and management responsibility now for over a decade in my experience....no, women are not more productive at all.

They are far more legally divisive, costing almost 70% of all HR man hours in various complaints and assertions of rights under "company policy".

They take, on average, 22% more personal days than the average male employee and on average tend to avail themselves of company benefits almost three times as much as male employees.

Women receive more corporate based TAP/EAP aid than male employees.

They are, effectively, low quality assets that are far better at sponging corporate assets than they are producing profits.

But you have to hire them or you end up in court because they're also extremely likely to avail themselves of filing a lawsuit against you if they even assume you've hired a male that is "less qualified than they are".

Women will literally sue your company from the inside and dare you to fire them while they do simply because they know you'll just fuck yourself in the process of removing them.

yep sounds about right. I've only had experience working at lower levels but in a traditionally male job that had mostly women doing it at the company where I worked. They gossiped incessantly, where indecisive about what decisions to make and where far slower than the men at getting any job done.
I actually got told off as an apprentice for not "engaging" enough with a female team I was working with, where as with the men I only ever got pointers about how I could work and they hardly ever had time to talk.

I’m a male executive in a financial services company. My company could not survivor without women. They make up about 2/3 of the staff and do most of the grunt work jobs. I’ve never noticed excessive gossiping or a poor work ethic among female employees. In fact I’ve found them to be highly efficient and conscientious.

Gotta agree with you here, mostly. I'm high up in a company too, and most of the lower-echelons are filled by women. They do jobs that I wouldn't want to do, and couldn't do. However they do it, in my experience, while gossiping all day. lol.

I currently work with a majority of women in my department, I switched cause a bigger raise. Holy shit I hate the women, it's so bad just bickering and back stabbing bullshit. I just wanna work and go home but they are always dragging the day out. Also all of them call in at least once a week, and then bitch they dont get enough hours or have enough money, fucking awful. Just gotta make it a few more months and I can transfer out again

I never said and didn’t even imply that. We have many highly effective male employees as well. My industry just happens to attract more female employees than male.

I changed careers primarily because I was sick of supervising women. When I worked in hotel management, many of my female employees went to HR behind my back over trivial bullshit. No man ever pulled that crap on me. Women have taken all of the fun out of working in corporate America. I avoid them like the plague.

yes but it depends on the job. a group of women in an office will gossip and such, but an isolated woman in a labor intensive job with other men will quickly fall in line or phase herself out until she quits or is fired.
the trick to making productive women in the workplace is to either isolate them or to hire women who have a passion for the job combined with a disdain for girly shit like gossiping and stuff.
this disdain comes from a christian background and a strong husband.

I don't know, it was kinda weird, but she was a really nice woman, always trying to brighten up the day for everybody. Eastern european women here are always nicer than german women, especially the ones in the offices of the factory, always having a stern look and being generally snobby, always thinking they're better than anyone else. They're also pretty quick with trying to ruin your spot at the company, speak up about their arrogant attitudes and be sure to have a conversation with your supervisor because of "problematic behaviour".

They are also very passive. They will sit back and wait on an activity that seems unclear, rather than push forward and resolve it.

We have female employees in all areas of the company. They are architects in IT, data scientists and accountants. The only department with no female employees is facilities (janitors).

this is an example of what i was saying about the importance of isolation.

I've always wanted to operate a supermarket with only men and another with only women. Like, men shelf stackers, checkout staff, security guards, managers, cleaners etc etc. and the same but women for the womens one and see which is more efficient and harmonious.

you bring in someone "to help".
this is usually very encouraging to someone who works alone and has a big workload.
that fake then proceeds to not help.
the test is whether the employee will continue on with their work or whether they will allow the fake employee to influence them despite the fake being new and ignorant of the work or company policy.

I sit next to the one woman on my entire team of about 20 system engineers and all day long she has other women in the workplace walking up to her and talking to her for a good 15 to 30 minutes at a time. I have worked with an almost all female team twice.
Once in a restaurant as a part-time bartender, where most women were mostly chill. there were some guys there which helped, A LOT.

The second time was an internship where I was put in an all-female cast and basically doing intern- shit, which is entry level coding or copy-pasting stuff from a to b.
This was a disaster and made me absolutely hate women as well as dread working together with them.

This was also my wake-up-call to get my shit together.

IMO working with women is about the worst thing that can happen to a man, who is simply interested ine arning some money.

In this instance they literally tested me for my manhood and decided I didnt make the cut and turned from nice to absolute and complete cunts.

no, it tells managers and bosses which employees to fire.
it is hard to know when to fire someone sometimes, so the best way to know is through spying. it is kind of like sending in a double agent. someone who is designed to observe, frustrate, and sabotage the employees for the purposes of weeding out those who are disloyal.

2-3 women for every 5 men is ideal at a working place. If there are more women within one group fights and bitching is inevitable. Also women working at the cashiers will lower customer complaints to pretty much zero
