I think it'll start with a civil war in the US. The left and right there are so far apart that it's possible that this genuinely leads to a collapse of society in 1-3 decades. It would only take one truly extremist president into either direction to start the fire.
With the US caught up in a civil war, suddenly you'll have no more balancing factor in the middle east, which would almost certainly lead to every single arab country fucking over Israel and Israel firing back with everything they have. These kikes are absolutely insane even nowadays and WILL use nuclear weapons when things really start to look bleak. This will most likely prompt a russian intervention as they are allied with some of the middle eastern countries down there.
From there it's very quick, Europe is pulled into this mess by proximity and alliance with Turkey and Greece, either the US has unfucked their shit by then and joins the fun or is still busy killing each other, either way this basically turns into WW3 at this point.

This seems fairly possible.
However, the civil war fighting in the U.S. would last about as long as it would take for the infrastructure to collapse and most of the left leaning commies in the major cities to starve to death. Society collapses in 72 hours when food runs out and people begin to starve to death. Once the electricity grid goes down somewhere, city dwellers will make it as far as the gas in their car, which won't be far because of massive gridlock, looting, robbery, raping, and murder. Cities will implode on themselves because they're unsustainable on their own.
Most right wingers live in the suburbs and country. The suburban dwellers will most likely be forced to form protective communities for a time, to survive the city hordes and other suburbanites who don't know basic shit like starting a fire, growing their own food, or have prepared at all like stocking up on food, water, ammo, and have a decent gun for defense (a rifle).
Thus, once the city dwellers and other useless people are dead, Civil War 2.0 will be pretty quick once everyone that's still alive organizes.
The only possible delay in the right wingers winning the civil war would be outside countries getting involved to prop up the establishment uniparty.
