Clinton reshaped what the Democratic party was when it was in pretty dismall shape after Carter.

I actually do remember people hating Reagan, I was just a kid then. But I don't remember it being a literal wall to wall bashing like a dystopian novel or something. This is literally unprecedented. The situation with Russia is a powder keg between the Pentagon (Mattis hates Russia, too) and alphabet agencies, and these slick New York mafiosos who put national security way behind their own finances; there are no winners. We are still paying out the ass for NATO, an organization that will not be disbanded in the foreseeable future.

Trump has failed on practically every issue. He is an imbecile unfit for realpolitik, administration, and diplomacy. Only a sad disgruntled portion of society clings to an image of this man as their savior, for they have nothing else to believe in and to remove this idol from their lives would reduce them to flesh bags running on alcoholism and heroin.

The late 70s-80s was alot about healing from the turbulent 60s.
