Another thing with going back to the moon is we literally don't know how to make the engines that powered the saturn 5 rocket.
They were built and modified on the fly back in them good old days and every one was different, now we can't replicate that.

I don't care what point you are trying to make, but I just wanted to pop in and tell you you're wrong.
Most house plans certainly show light fixture and outlet placement, as well as wiring, circuit numbers, plumbing fixtures, a/c vents, landscaping etc. You are wrong with this point. Posting a simple arch drawing of a house doesn't mean those aren't there. Most sets of blueprints are usually several pages long, with multiple pages dedicated to each trade solely regarding placement.
Don't use examples you know nothing of to try to make points. Especially on regards to engineering prints, their sole purpose is to figure out exact placement, flow rates, voltages and wattage, whatever.
