Is coffee cancer?

I mean 80% of world population drinks it, don't you think this is a drug that makes you dumb and beta? I never seen a billionaire drink coffee, I mean it's pretty clear there is something shady going on. There is no free launch.

how many billionaires have you met???

>wtf, why do people like caffeine
Do you really not understand why people like to drink a legal stimulant?

I quit coffee this week and I feel like I'm going to drop dead. It's insidious stuff. The smartest people I know won't touch it.

yes, caffeine addiction is pretty shit. only after you quit it, which is fucking torturous and takes about two months, will you really understand how much it was affecting you. read this, especially the comments of people getting woke to the caffeine jew: caffeineinformer.com/caffeine-withdrawal-symptoms-top-ten

coffee can be a miracle drug when you need it, but using it daily is objectively shit for your health. once you're off it you'll feel much better, guaranteed.

Coffee makes me literally sick so i kind of feel jealous of coffee drinkers.

>1488

Pumpkin spice is a carcinogen

Caffeine headaches are so debilitating, it's hard to quit, help me

Coffee is the only significant source of anti-oxidants in the Western diet, and 4 or more cups a day are associated with a longer life and less disease.

I only drink it when I actually need it.

Wasted 1488

its the water

my sisters Dog got cancer and died it ate the same food and water for 12 years - What doest that tell you

Funny, back in College we read a study that said people who drink 5 or more cups are much more prone to heart disease, depression and shortened lifespans.

Okay I'm Going to give you guys some insight. For the last 12 years I was drinking coffee every day for last three years every day I was drinking a pot of coffee or more. I did end up quitting and it gave me a migraine for the next two weeks and headache for the next month. The main thing that I gained from this is that I can actually focus a little bit more on things. It feels like I'm in a slower pace but I still accomplish everything I need.

no the water melts steel beams

Have some caffeine-related pepes.

Fuck off memeflag, I'm not shilling you are. Lemme post my coffee-pepes in peace.

A growing body of research shows that coffee drinkers, compared to nondrinkers, are:
less likely to have type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and dementia
have fewer cases of certain cancers, heart rhythm problems, and strokes

webmd.com/food-recipes/features/coffee-new-health-food#1

I've probably had 4 cups of coffee in my whole life. On the rare occasions that I drank it I didn't notice any stimulating effects. Maybe I'm immune. Also hate the idea of being reliant on something to stay awake.

>makes you weak and beta
m.youtube.com/watch?v=mUJzKY4vrQA

Oops forgot to turn off my sage

>drinking the liquid jew

I feel better than when I drank it. I'll eat bananas for my training and it's much more energy. It also helped change my routine up so I have a little more time to myself. I do feel better than when drinking it. It's hard to explain.

keep em coming, coffee is proven to help tolerate niggers

Actually caffeine has been conclusively shown to increase short term memory.

Also you don't see billionaires drinking it because you are a poor faggot who shit posts on a Tibetan zen garden forum. Billionaire just flew over my house, it's happening boys

imagine trying to tolerate a nigger without your first brew of the day

You don't have to drink it every day.
This, i only drink it occasionally and it is wayyyyy better

The smartest people you know are probably retarded.

sack up.

or try weaning onto black tea, then step down to green tea. that will help ease the withdrawals to a manageable level. read the link above, is very helpful, especially the comments which are going strong years later.

kys, jew faggot

fortunately almost all studies are completely worthless and you'll just have to think for yourself on this one

I drink coffee during the cold months. I don't want it when it's hot thru summer. I don't drink soda or tea very often at all.

Am I gona make it?

Attached: 1509581333945.jpg (700x550, 37K)

yes absolutely. you will feel much better all day, waking up is easy etc etc. once you're off it, which takes a couple of months, you'll know exactly what the effects are.

hungryforchange.tv/article/10-reasons-to-quit-coffee-plus-healthy-alternatives

yeah, it's shit for you. switch to green tea, friends.

>t. bot

the shills are pretty obvious - always ask why are they here and what are they trying to disrupt and dispute?

Cancer can be defeated by fasting. It's caused by eating too often, which causes inflammation. All cancer is rogue cells that keep reproducing and aren't removed because there is too much energy (cals) being feed into the system too often.
When you sleep, your body wipes out shitty cells, so you need minimum 7 hours a night. When you fast, your body searches for any useless cells to use for energy. These two things combined cause your body to find and literally eat up shitty cancer cells for energy.
Takes like a month for smaller diameter, fasting about 5 days a week. 2 or 3 months for large diameter.

the studies are trash I'm sure but caffeine DOES help regulate emotional response. that's why it's so appealing to people. like with all things, it's best in moderation and has nasty side effects that aren't worth it.

>t. robot in human form
one thing you'll notice about caffeine/coffee is how fervently it will be defended. it is entirely mainstream, and almost sacrilege to oppose it. that should be all you need to know - what else in society that is entirely mainstream is actually good for you? oh that's right, fuck all.

this pepe is drinking hot cocoa or maybe an herbal tea

Green tea is nigger tier for test bruh. Only drink black coffee, max one cup a day.

anabolicmen.com/green-tea-testosterone/

coffee beans have been consumed by humans for thousands of years.
Highly doubtful of your claim about shady affairs.

this might help explain the huge link between obesity and cancers

Ya this one too. I'm at the bottom of the barrel. Have a good night fren.

>I quit coffee this week and I feel like I'm going to drop dead. It's insidious stuff. The smartest people I know won't touch it.

You can taper off caffeine completely painlessly over a couple weeks. The only hard part is tracking your intake accurately. Use instant coffee or caffeine pills and it's simple.

i agree, and only suggest it as a way to wean down to lower caffeine levels. coffee has a lot, black tea half as much, green tea half as much as that. once you're down to green tea it should be no sweat to kick the caffeine jew definitively.

i only drink herbal tea or decaf, with the rare cappucino or something if i'm getting something out of it. life is not being about completely ascetic, just avoid using these things as a daily crutch.

youtube.com/watch?v=-fkv1Dkh-Ls&frags=pl,wn

coffee jacks up your cortisol (ruins your T levels). you think it's a coincidence that coffee is pushed so heavily? none of your european ancestors drank that shit. beware guys. coffee turns you into a fucking beta male.

>t. brazilian coffee industry fag

I dont drink coffee at all but I still feel like shit everyday and have a hard time getting up in the morning. Probably should start exercising.

I drink coffee once a week as a reward. Usually Fridays.

Reminder that Alcohol is classified by the world health organization as a Carcinogen, on the same level as Asbestos.

Billionaires do Coke. Much better, Coke is the white persons drug.

>Probably should start exercising.
that's exactly what you should do. you don't have to become a crazy lifter, research bodyweight exercises, the sort of thing you can do in your house. it's amazing how much better you feel doing even 10-15 minutes of simple stuff.

I could say the same thing about wine. I haven't had a weekend without drinking two bottles of wine. Sometimes even 4.

Attached: 1535080358132.jpg (1200x835, 112K)

Its bad for your teeth and intestines. It affects cognative function. Im drinking a cup rn though.

that's the way to do it. best part is how this user absolutely loves it and appreciates and savors it. truly the experience is thusly enriching. the power of moderation.

Caffeine is a drug and drugs are bad. Coffee also contains hydrochloric acid which makes it impossible for your body to digest fat if you drink it long enough. My grandparents drink literal pots of it throughout the day like it's water. If they don't drink coffee every two or three hours they'll just pass out on the couch.
This is because caffeine stimulates the adrenal glands, which sit on top of your kidneys. They release adrenaline for your body in fight or flight situations. The reason you feel alert and energetic after you drink coffee or any other caffeinated beverage is because your body is in a state of stress survivability.
Over time, through excessive caffeine intake, they'll become shot and useless, much like your dopamine receptors when you watch too much porn.

coffee is for fags. I consume guarana

Call him a bitch, see what happens.

The second most traded commodity in the world after oil.
A billion dollar industry.
And you think they would tell you the truth about its adverse health effects?

yeah but it eats holes into your heart and at some point you need heart surgery. Like Robin Williams, Letterman, Bill Clinton etc... they all did massive amounts of coke.

> gurana
also for fags

>Funny, back in College we read a study that said people who drink 5 or more cups are much more prone to heart disease, depression and shortened lifespans.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coffee#Health_effects

>In 2012, the National Institutes of Health–AARP Diet and Health Study analysed the relationship between coffee drinking and mortality. They found that higher coffee consumption was associated with lower risk of death, and that those who drank any coffee lived longer than those who did not.

>A 2014 meta-analysis found that coffee consumption (4 cups/day) was inversely associated with all-cause mortality (a 16% lower risk), as well as cardiovascular disease mortality specifically (a 21% lower risk from drinking 3 cups/day)

>Additional meta-analysis studies corroborated these findings, showing that higher coffee consumption (2–4 cups per day) was associated with a reduced risk of death by all disease causes

remember that asbestos is absolutely harmless unless you breathe in its dust. like most "carcinogens," such a blanket statement is utterly worthless. alcohol, especially in excess, is certainly unhealthy for myriad reasons. the context matters and drinking a bit, especially to help your social life, is recommended. live life, but maintain control over yourself and awareness of your actions. no one who drinks constantly is doing it in a directed and deliberate way, it's a compulsion, and compulsion is the JEW.

All WebMD articles always conveniently encourage buying things you don't need, or state that lifestyle changes are never enough to entirely alleviate symptoms and that you'll always need medical intervention. Much of what is on the site is in direct contradiction to information on nearly every other source of information regarding health, at least when it comes to anything involving spending money.

you can't even spell it

it is. I used to drink coffee too like an idiot. Until it made me too jittery. Now I really feel happy when I have my Friday morning coffee :)

I don't care how spic words are spelled

this is reasonably accurate. caffeine also builds up and stays active in the body longer than you think - that cup of coffee is still acting three days later if you're a daily drinker.

so many health problems are really sourced at caffeine consumption.

yup, coffee actually stimulates your brain which staves alzheimers and helps with blood flow. Dont listen to the faggots on this board

So many shills pushing for coffee itt lol
seriously just lay it off for 3 months and then choose if you want to go back
nothing to lose

Yep. Also, before some dumbfuck says cals in vs. Cals out, that shit is retarded. Eating ten tiny meals all day is shit. First, your stomach acids are optimal for 9 hours a day, at best 12 hours. So your acids once they start digesting something, only work well for 9 hours.
Second, ever see any reunion shows for biggest loser? Why? Those fat fucks lose some weight with a reduced cal diet and exercise, and eventually their body metabolism reduces to their reduced intake.
So if you go from 2000 to 1200 for 2 months, your metabolism reduces to 1200 and your hunger hormones kick in and ask what the fuck you are slightly underfeeding and causing the metabolism to slow way down. Then as you eat more your metabolism is fucked and you put on the weight to store the energy (food) you cannot metabolize. They get fat again and are blamed for being undisciplined, but really its the coaching and method that is screwing them.

When you fast, after 36 hours you jump into ketosis and 48+ hours you get to some awesome levels of ketosis. Your body rapidly adjusts from creating glucose in your liver from carbs to creating it from fat. This keeps you alive as long as you have fat to burn. Also, your metabolism doesn't get fucked up, and your muscle mass stays just fine. Its a myth that you lose muscle mass fasting. Why would a human body hunting for food, store fat for extra energy when food is scarce, but then burn the muscle required to get food when food is scarce? It doesn't.

>a fucking leaf

posting a wikipedia link and some (((Studies))) like some 110 iq faggot, on Jow Forums after the snow white bots were killed off? have some self respect, Justin.

>faggot
Why the homophobia?

AHHAHAHA you are the dumbest fuck in this thread at the moment.
It is a Tupi-Guarani word...Native South American, not spic you fucking mong.

Furthermore, Brazil was a Portuguese colony, not a Spanish one.

Im a cold turkey kinda guy. Its been years of back and forth but i find benefits of abstaining become apparent with cold turkey much sooner than tapering. Worth the extra pain.

alcoholism is a chronic disease. Most people who drink alcohol will do so for the rest of their lives, it's that addictive. It takes a lot of discipline and distraction not to think about drinking when an alcoholic.
