A small percentage (5% or so) of non-whites actually do hold Western values and should be allowed in. The resulting hypothetical state would be 90-95% white, and the remaining percent would be the very best of non-whites. Sounds as close to ideal as it could be.

I think a strategy of branding for American Western Nationalism would certainly attract all of the whites you want, while allowing for the very small percentage of non-whites who hold those same values and want to save Western countries. While this might be true, I think that AltHype, along with a few others, have gravely overstated Spencer's ineptitude.
