It would be difficult to find any pure-blooded descendants of the Khoi or San, since 90% of them (those located in what is now the Western Cape province) were wiped out by a smallpox epidemic during the early 1700's. Many of the survivors ended up mixing with descendants of Malay slaves brought over by the Dutch VOC forming what's referred to as the "Cape Coloured" community.
The only pure-blooded San that I know of still live as nomad with free passes over the border between Namibia and Botswana.
