it's one of his strongest issues of support, while it goes unbuilt it's a totem for him to rally voters. he can still do a thousand times more than any of the last six Presidents to prosecute and deport illegals, and he probably plans to make it a central issue in 2019 if poor midterm showing or get it underway in 2019 if positive midterm showing. if republicans lose power in the house and senate (quite possible since republicans are actively trying to throw their advantage and get democrats in power to stall trump), he'll still win reelection in 2020 (since democrat candidates are retarded and terrible) and use the military to build it unilaterally. it's the capstone of his legacy, the wall is going up in every scenario except for the one where CIA niggers decide he's too dangerous make a bullet delivery.
