We won't balkanize. Our system is so loosely coupled across so much territory that it's more of a pain to part ways than to hold steady or grow. I think we are going to grow while regionalizing.
Important point, especially in light of recent California nonsense, is better access to Mexican container ports. If Long Beach goes offline, the entire western US suffers.
