>CEO of Two Bellevue Information Technology Companies Arrested on Visa Fraud Charge Criminal Complaint Alleges that CEO Led Multi-Year Scheme Involving Forged and Fraudulent Documents to Get Visas for Specialty-Occupation Employment
>The CEO of two Bellevue, Washington information-technology firms was arrested yesterday afternoon at Sea-Tac Airport on a charge relating to a multi-year visa-fraud scheme, announced U.S. Attorney Annette L. Hayes. PRADYUMNA KUMAR SAMAL, 49, a citizen of India, was taken into custody as he arrived from an international flight. The criminal complaint describing the visa-fraud scheme was filed under seal in April 2018, soon after SAMAL fled the United States while the investigation was ongoing. SAMAL remained out of the country until yesterday when he was arrested by law enforcement.
>The criminal complaint describes how two companies incorporated by SAMAL in 2010 and 2011, engaged in a scheme sometimes referred to as a “bench-and-switch” scheme, to exploit foreign-national workers, compete unlawfully in the market, and defraud the U.S. government. According to the investigation that began in 2015, SAMAL served as the Chief Executive Officer of ‘Divensi’ and ‘Azimetry.’ Both companies were in the business of providing information-technology workers, such as Software Development Engineers, to major corporate clients. The complaint alleges that SAMAL submitted, and directed his employees to submit, forged and false application materials to the United States government, making it appear as if two corporate clients already had agreed to use several foreign-national employees named in the applications.
Here is rule #1 to go out to these kinds of places
1) split a bottle of hard liquor with your mates, at home: Rum, Vodka, Campari, Whisky 2) get shitfaced, again, AT HOME 3) keep your heard earned shekels and spend only the mandatory minimum
Everytime I see someone paying the full value of a bottle for a mixed drink or shot I die a little
>when will the election meme die? no sane person cares >just hire people like they hire for any other federal or state position and stop with this whole election nonsense >imagine if there were elections for who should work at the dmv or the public library >it's the same thing
Trudeau struck out in India and Saudi Arabia. Trudeau needs a win and the only country left is the US where it leaked that Trump said he'll make him beg. How fucked is Canada?

>United States Attorney William M. McSwain announced today that Dr. Yu Xue, 48, of Wayne, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to steal trade secrets from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) to benefit a Chinese pharmaceutical company named Renopharma.
>Dr. Xue and two of her associates, Dr. Tao Li and Dr. Yan Mei, created Renopharma in Nanjing, China. Renopharma intended to research and develop anti-cancer drugs and received financial support and subsidies from the government of China. At the time, Xue was employed as a scientist at GSK working on developing biopharmaceutical products. These products typically cost in excess of $1 billion to research and develop.
>Xue sent a substantial number of GSK’s scientific documents, some of which contained GSK trade secrets, to Li and Mei at Renopharma in China. The data contained information regarding multiple biopharmaceutical products under development, GSK research data, and GSK processes regarding the research, development, and manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products. Xue typically sent the documents via e-mail or transferred the documents via portable electronic storage devices. Xue sent these documents to Li and Mei with the intention to steal GSK’s information for their economic benefit. On January 5, 2016, the FBI arrested Li and seized his computer on which they found a number of GSK documents containing trade secret and confidential information which he had received from Xue.

>at a stripclub and they forced me to buy a 15$ drink I'm starting to believe you're really a jew. Of course they forced you to buy a 15 drink, that's the thinly veiled admission cost. You don't really think the pretty ladies are dancing naked for free, do you?

Federal judge just ordered DACA renewals to continue
>just hire people like they hire for any other federal or state position Ironically most if not all state positions are elected as well, and so is county and city. The fucking head dog catcher is an elected position, god bless American democracy, it works pretty well in the bottom rungs

It’s almost like gun control didn’t work and the government dropped the ball. Welp, I guess we better make more laws because that will stop this in the future.
