I know this is true for some people, but not all. There's really no reason for us to fight and I only feel the need to do so because of threads like these. It's better to get as many people involved in spiritual beliefs as possible, and some cannot genuinely believe in Christianity. Let them have their faith and they should let you have yours.
I do believe in a singular God, but not the Christian version. I reject dualism and see God as the embodiment of all, good and evil. The pagan gods in my view are not physical entities or anything like that, they are just different organizations and characterizations of similar forces that all belong to this same god. It's worshipping certain aspects if the totality and connecting that God to you. Ultimately by worshipping whatever pagan god you want to believe in, you're still worshipping that total divine force, because that lesser entity ultimately derives their divine status from that higher power. Again, they are indeed just organizations of different traits and forces, but that doesn't mean you can't believe in God regardless. And these organizations imply that there is discrimination in the manifestations of God, there is still both the mundane and profound, the ascended and descended. So it's not a cop-out "everything is permissible because God is everything," even though Pantheism/Monism is a central part of my belief structure.

Also, being against organized religion does not mean that you're against anyone that chooses to practice them freely, you can be ideologically opposed to what a Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, or w/e believes and still be civil with your interactions with them, because religion is likely never a topic to come up in most casual discussions.
