On the left side if the Bolsonaro wins the election:
1) Left-wing militants can commit acts of terrorism and other crimes as they did in the 1960s. And I believe the number of people joining the guerrillas will be much greater.
2) Bandits and favelados.
3) Assistance from countries like Bolivia and Venezuela.
4) Perhaps a UN external intervention that said that Lula should participate in the elections. Recall that the PT has sent a lot of money to the UN and the Bolsonaro intends to withdraw the country from the Organization.
On the right side if Lula wins or at least participates in the first round, getting first or second place:

For you who are from the United States, you should not know how the law works here in Brazil.
A quicker explanation of what the law says is that basically anyone convicted on a second instance in criminal prosecution for corruption crimes can not run.
The problem is that there is a legal discussion of whether what the law means is a second instance or a final decision. Lula has already been convicted in the lower court but he may appeal yet another instance that is the last in the country, the Federal Supreme Court.
