I read a bit of the ebook, and what I particularly remember is Trump talking about shadowing his dad while he collected rent in mid-low income housing and dealing with people who would want to fight when you came to their door. He said he didn't want any part of that so he focused on selling to wealthy people. Also he found that drunk people would give him good deals.
Overall it's not a bad book and could give insight to the 80s.
