I can, we are in what I call a demoralization cycle: 3-4 polls in a row showing Trump's approval going down by a few points (even though nothing really happened) and Democrats being ahead by 10+ points in all of them. This usually happens when the (((MSM))) doesn't really have anything to talk about so they revert to the blue wave/impeachment narrative. You can expect another round of bad polls in mid to late October to try and depress Republican turnout.

Anyway, I'm looking into it and there are races where the Republican won his last two elections 60-40 in a Republican leaning district and they consider this a toss up. I can't believe how delusional these people are. Previously I thought dems would take the house while repubs take the senate but now I'll be surprised if they lose either. Most likely Dems gain about 12-13 seats (they need around 40) mostly in California.

Historically speaking, Labor Day is the beginning of the run-up to the election so setting the tone for the rest of the election cycle is rather important for the media. Remember when a week before the California primaries the GCB tightened to a 3 point Dem lead? It was because Democrats were about to be locked out of key districts so they started pushing the "it's very close, get out and vote" narrative. Once the primary election was over, the polls suddenly shot back to 8-9 points out of nowhere. As Trump said, these are suppression polls, don't believe them.
