I just started re-delving into elderscrolls lore the other day (first started playing morrowind as a kid and got hooked) and it is very interesting stuff indeed. There are no women in positions of authority in the NCR as far as I'm aware (aside from Tandi, but she's long gone by NV) and definitely not in the Legion.
