The hatred of Henry Kissinger is understandable, but I disagree with it regardless. Kissinger's work was remarkably simple, all oriented towards a single goal: expanding American power worldwide. In many ways, Henry Kissinger understood the most that the American Will is the Will to Power. He recognized that we are the nation of Manifest Destiny, and his policy reflected that. Kissinger's career was not unlike that of the great Lee Kwan Yew's, a lifetime devotion towards the greatness of his own nation. While I may disagree with his decisions on a technical and practical merit, there is no doubt in my mind that Henry Kissinger believes in America First.
