No. Part of a plea bargain is admitting to the crime and that’s what you did was wrong. Many people have gotten life or a sentence equivalent to life for selling major coke and heroin. Ulbricht was moving more drugs than entire mob families. 10 years, would’ve been 8 with good behavior probably, was a deal he should have snap accepted as soon as it was offered to him. He could’ve been back on the street by 40 and had a life, he could’ve put together a book and movie script about his life while in prison and had money when he got out.

The death penalty is basically worthless now that libshits have made it more expensive than a life sentence, not to mention the possibility of fucking up and killing someone innocent. Have the process to sentence it be a recommendation by the presiding judge -> a nomination by the president -> approval by a SCOTUS justice for exceptionally blatant cases, at which point it can't be appealed and a bullet is put in their brain. Otherwise, sentence them to life to save money, but allow inmates to request death and put them down by their choice.
