This is entirely impractical. Are you carrying a card with you? How easy is it to lose that card or to have someone (((lose))) it?
Do you realize organs are harvested from near dead, not entirely dead people? The timeframe of organ harvest is so short, there simply wont be any time to check if the person in question refuses to donate or call his relatives.
