You don't have to explain or even understand their rationale. You can see a thing is happening, you can see that they are involved, everything else is just academic.

That being said i think there are multiple angles to their motivations, an extremely long term racial hatred of whites, a preference for being one cohesive group among many (not being an obvious minority group), a group self confidence that they will always be at the top of society (something that is much easier without whites) and finally long term and short term profit motives. The society they would most like is one which is a set of disjointed politically hostile groups, that are essentially easy to manage sets of consumers. This is the kind of society that it would be easy for them to maintain power over.
