Are there are career fields left where I don't have to work with poorly-performing women or unintelligent minorities or other quota hires?

Elite law firms. There’s women but they leave quickly

These days if you're working in an office then you're going to be with women, unless it's an IT job in which case a good chunk of it will be poo-in-loos simply because they 'have the qualifications' and they'll still frustrate you to no end. Pretty much your options are to work alone or in a trade.

Forestry

Pilot is possible. There’s def a push to get women into it, but women just aren’t interested in it, all efforts fail.
I’m a pilot and I love it, however the first 4-5 years of your career suck balls unless you go military

Anything where you’re self employed. I’m a self employed architectural drafter and I almost never have to leave my own house.

Start your own business

Go to lineman school. In the pnw the going rate for journeyman is 45 an hour and the overtime is there. You can make over 100 grand and be part of a proud fraternity of workers

This plus elite management consulting firms, investment banks, private equity groups, and hedge funds. But good luck getting into these areas if you don’t have a 3.8+ GPA at an Ivy League-caliber school. Also instead of women/URMs you get to work around jews, asians and WASPs.

Become a self employed plumber

sales or blue collar

this is most STEM fields

Trades. You'll rarely see more than 5% of the class being women. Often 0%.

>sales
Bruh

this as long as its executive or administrative
some crews that go in the bush are redpilled white men and women, but there are lots of natives too
forestry is a great place to be though
been in it for a decade and it's pretty awesome

I work in tech at arguably the most successful company in the world and there is this huge push for women in tech, which is absolutely awful, makes top performers have to do literally 3 times the average workload to make the group function. Fortunately the quota hires don't typically last long and either quit/get promoted to management quickly.

>get promoted to management quickly
That's even worse...

Start a business and run it the way you want to. Just don't do it in California.

this.

There aren't very many women in the military.
