Ageism in Hollywood

Why is it that women over 35 have a hard time finding big, meaningful roles but men can lead films even in their 60s and 70s?

What does /pol think of this problematic issue?

if a woman hasn't had children or isnt married by 35 she's likely a rider of the cock carousel or a lesbian, or a dumb cunt who believes leftist ideology of female empowerment, or all three. In other words, a repulsive creature no one wants to be around and has no other use except as a fuck and chuck. It's only natural to be repelled by this, and that repulsion manifests even in the movies and tv. Furthermore, they don't work as hard and as they get older they work even less to maintain their looks and have less energy than a younger woman. Men rule organizations because generationally they can get along while older women are jealous and spiteful towards younger women for reasons that are all evolutionary. The more you people on the left deny human nature and fight against it, the unhappier and more suicidal you will be.

Because most male actors succeed on pure talent. Even handsome actors like Brad Pitt and Johhny Depp understood this by taking roles that didn't portray their sex appeal. Meanwhile, most female actresses are chosen for their looks. And they don't take any risks in terms of the roles they select. You have few exceptions like Charlize Theron in Monster, where she went full ugly hambeast.
