-make donor status digitally hidden until death has been officially certified by the medical stuff with digital means.it shuldn't take more than 1 minute.

-put as many barriers between the medical staff and organ assignment.
if the same hospital/staff that gathers your organs is also the one deciding on the organ assigment and the one hosting the patient who is gonna take the organ, then it's very easy.
but if you start involving more locations and staff then making the deal is gonna be harder and have a greater chance to get caught.

you, as in your organs, have to be alive to donor organs. At least here you must be a) declared brain dead – by two separate doctors – and b) be an organ donor. You will still be on machines for breathing and blood flow during organ harvest.

With an opt-out system, although I personally prefer it over opt-in, it's a slippery slope. In Switzerland for example you are declared brain dead 10 mins after CPR is declared unsuccessful.
