It's not too hard to make a primitive furnace, beyond that all you really need is a good mold to pour bullets in. You can actually make bullets out of aluminium or pretty much any other kind of easily scavengable/recyclable material but obviously there are downsides to different materials (aluminium bullets from tincats will lose momentum quickly and can shatter when fired). Hardest bit would probably be gunpowder but you can make it with urine and other biological materials if you have enough time on your hands m8.
