I just don't think that if you're genetically a German, it culturally makes you a German. It's the most opportune scenario when an individual of German descent wants to become a naturalized German citizen, but it doesn't mean he will become one in a matter of a several years. His genetic component is not the only thing that matters and it will take some time before he fully integrates with the rest of the society.
