The reason we have so many different species of life , the reason we got so many races , cultures and patterns of human behavior is all due to a SOULS wallowing in different permutations and or combinations of three MODES of material nature

Remember, KRISHNA does nothing. He only enjoys. VISHNU is a plenary expension of KRISHNA in the category of VISHNU TATTVA. VISHNU needs to meditate. KRISHNA does not. BRAHMA is in the category of JIVA TATTVA. He also needs to meditate. KRISHNA does not.
Plenary means when God wants to delegate duties , becose He personally doesn’t want to be bothered with less important things. Some duties are in the category of direct God’s expensions , like for example OMNISCIENTS it is done through PARAMATMA plenary expension of KRISHNA.
