Many believe that the 3rd secret warned of the second Vatican counsel. That counsel changed many of the practices of the Catholic Church.

The answer is that God can do anything. God normally works within the framework of the natural law. But God is not bound by those laws. God spoke all of creation into existence in six days. God is all powerful and all knowing.
