If you were to use actual jamming hardware on a militiary frequency, and it caused someone to die, you're probably going down for treason. Or you'll get wrongly identified as an enemy combatant, and have the signal source drone striked with no fair trial.

There is zero tolerance for these kinds of things, even in countries with stand your ground laws.
