Trump is finally going to prison.

wtf I hate mueller now

The only thing that can stop Mueller is if Trump shuts down the investigation, and if Trump does that it will precipitate a constitutional crisis in the US which they don't have the institutions to solve. Here, a constitutional crisis is resolved by the Crown - in the US it just festers.

get ready for a shitload of indictments to get unsealed in a hurry and probably a false flag too

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh. Hahahaha!

Mueller will go down as the greatest revenge arc in human history.
He will fuck them ALL.

They wont fall for the perjury trap which is all they have at this point.
The Russian agent shit was bullshit and everyone knew it besides the rabid lefties. The whole point of this shit show was to get him on a process crime.

Trump ftw!!!!!

Mueller is our guy and he is unmasking a ring of Jewish interdimensional child molesters headed by Hilary Clinton

She can still win?

From what I understand, they've set perjury traps like, Comey said Trump told him this (which could be construed as obstruction), but Trump denies he ever said that. There is no record of that conversation, therefore it's just Comey's word vs. Trump's. And of course they'll side with Comey and say Trump is lying.

How does Trump avoid that? Just plead the 5th or something?

BIGLY

Thank you.

Mueller had no choice to do what trump says
He literally works for Trump

Do you feel it?
Jow Forums is ALWAYS right. Mueller is /ourguy/. The media and Israel are chimping out right now because we're so close to declassification of all the documetns.

>Mueller will accept written answers
>Nothing about Trump accepting these terms
It really just shows how weak Mueller's team is. There's no reason for Trump to testify about anything when there no evidence against him. Mueller's team can continue their fishing expedition for as long as they want but there's nothing for them to find so they're working hard to create a process crime and Trump would be smart to have nothing to do with it

No problem.

It means Mueller has absolutely nothing, because if he didn't he would request a subpoena from the court. The fact that he doesn't request a subpoena, and that he'll be "satisfied" with written responses, means he knows the court would tell him to go fuck himself if he asked for one. In order to get a subpoena he would need to show to a court that A. a crime occured and B. he has reason to believe President Trump may have information regarding said crime. This shows that Mueller has either one or neither of those two things, I'm guessing the latter.

dad please stop

President cant obstruct justice

>and if Trump does that it will precipitate a constitutional crisis in the US
No it wouldn't faggot, shut the fuck up. Mueller works for the President and by the President's leave, full stop. It wouldn't even remotely cause a Constitutional crises as Trump firing Mueller is explicitly within Trump's Constitutionally enumerated powers.

Standard He said/She said argument. Unless their is more evidence they have nothing. Also perjury is much harder to prove than lying to the FBI.
If after all this shit the best they got was he asked for him to go easy on Flynn for making a mistake that would be pathetic. At least Nixon was trying to cover up an actual crime.

No.

It's huge, it means this charade is drawing to a close and people are going to be locked up. It'll be the swamp though and the media will be caught flatfooted again.

My favorite fan fiction.

>If after all this shit the best they got was he asked for him to go easy on Flynn for making a mistake that would be pathetic
At this point it would be more than they currently have. Par for the course for this 'investigation'

No, Trump firing Mueller would lead to the Attorney General handing Mueller's old workload to another DOJ employee. This precedent was set all the way back in Nixon's administration.

Attached: 121550118415.gif (446x342, 33K)

Yeah I know but Mueller will use it to recommend an indictment or just claim Trump obstructed justice.

>How does Trump avoid that? Just plead the 5th or something?
The President cannot obstruct justice in the context of him directing his branch of government. Alan Dershowitz has been saying this for 25 years and, kike though he is, he's completely right from a Constitutional perspective and there are reams of precedent thar support it.

Hell Janet Reno while Secretary of State was able to yolo around Obstruction in the 90s with executive privilege, dems just like to forget they don't know that if EP applies to a sitting AG it most certainly applies to a sitting fucking President. After all, dems have a dog and pony show to run for the idiot masses.

Mueller is a cuck, and he's just finally admitting it to himself. Soon, he's going to file a bullshit report, and then Trump is going to have security walk him out of the building holding a box of his personal effects, with Trump shitposting a serenade.

Trump is finally going to prison.

Look into Mueller's past. He isn't competent enough to fuck over anyone except for innocent random.

>Secretary of State
Jesus I'm retarded - * AG

How have I never seen this before?

>Trump is going to have security walk him out of the building holding a box of his personal effects,
I hope Trump meets him in the parking lot out by his car and slaps that box out of his hand into a puddle, laughs softly, and then slowly walks away into a stretch Bentley.

> Constitutional crisis
In no universe would Trump dismissing Mueller precipitate a Constitutional crisis, but it would create a political one.
Trump's lawyers would first argue that the appointment of Mueller is illegal under the special counsel law because he was given an unlimited scope - a principal officer (Rosenstein) may not simply delegate the whole authority of his office to another, in essence appointing a new principal officer who must be confirmed by the Senate. So, with independent counsels, their scope must be clearly decreed and limited. Rosenstein did no such thing. And second, that even if not, that the President has full authority over the executive branch, so any special counsel appointed by an officer of the executive branch is ultimately serving at the pleasure of the President, and no one else. The SCOTUS would like side with one of these conclusions in a 5-4 decision if it came to that.
How would it come to that? Democrats would want to impeach Trump. Republicans control the House and Senate right now, so that would never happen unless Democrats take both in an election upset. They could only impeach him for any high crimes or misdemeanors, and so any argument for his removal would again come back to whether he has authority to dismiss any executive branch appointment.
But why bother? They could impeach him for obstruction of justice, but they would never convict him - a President cannot obstruct justice by removing officers that he has the authority to remove, especially when there was no actual crime being investigated. Also a sitting President cannot be indicted.
What is the real game plan?
Democrats hope to stall until they can retake control of the House and the Senate, then commit to legislative obstruction and endless investigations into the very things that they are guilty of themselves. There is no Constitutional crisis, only a thoroughly corrupt Democratic party attempting to overthrow a legitimate President.

what the fuck

That kike Mueller needs to be executed by firing squad, fuck giving him any job that isn't digging his own shallow grave.

I stopped giving a shit a long time ago

Things are being inserted into the matrix.

If Mueller does not "get Trump" a few leftist might just kill themselves.

That's a fierce AWOO

Maybe we can write the answers for our President. I'll start:

>48 Laws of Power Rule 2: Use your Enemies as your Closest Aides
Calling it now, this Mueller investigation is coming to a close soon and Trump will keep him on his team to investigate actual corruption. He already knows the power of a turned foe, I can see this arc becoming a reality already.

you know, Nikon gave up when they went after his ass.

donald trump is a like a Nikon that never gave up.

Attached: 11 - Copy.png (838x628, 324K)

That would be great for everyone involved

First it shows Trump is weak and a coward for refusing to be interviewed. Secondly, it’s not written answers “only”, there’s no such agreement. It is written answers, for now. Mueller and his team haven’t said they won’t interview in the future. And that could include Grand Jury. None of which will matter, because after midterm a Dem controlled Congress is going to start to supeona everyone and anyone who’s been in fart distance of Drumpf.

It hasn’t even been two years. Ken Starr took seven years with Clinton. Shits just getting started. It going to get much much much worse for Trump. And his business. And his family.

It means Mueller has nothing on Russian Collusion, and realizes Trump isn't stupid enough to sit down for an interview where they can catch him in a fast talking perjury trap. In all likelihood now that Bongino and Fittton have pretty much exposed this entire charade for what it is, Mueller is well aware there's a very good chance its going to boomerang towards them....which is why two of his attorneys jumped ship this week.

I can't wait.

Nah. They literally have nothing

Attached: SNAPPU.jpg (750x494, 463K)

Who the hell cares how it makes him look. If it helps him avoid the perjury trap you know Mueller and his team are trying to spring on him, good.

Only a few? Not good enough I'm afraid.

>Nikon.

phoneposting can be such a burden

It slightly annoys me that Jow Forums conceives of political drama in terms of anime plotlines and yet they somehow end up being exactly what transpires.

They’d better. Not enough followed through after 2016.

>Shits just getting started.
It's just getting started after a year? So there was no collusion with Russia, that's what you're saying?

Trump's plan if the Left takes the House would be to tell them to fuck off. That's how Obama did it.

>Mueller and his team haven’t said they won’t interview in the future.
You stupid nigger: Mueller CAN'T interview Trump, that's exactly the point. If he had any evidence that could net him a subpoena he would have used it you dumb fucking brainlet.

MUELLER PLS HURRY

oh no, im just high as a kite.

No. Mueller's special counsel isn't a constitutionally outlined one as it is not investigating a crime. Furthermore, real special counsels have been shut down by acting presidents before.

I thought Bruno was LaVar Ball for a second

He has exposed the republic for the squabbling bickering mess that it is and will take on the role of dictator to restore order.

Just look up "Mueller written answers". You'll find it.

Yes, I'm sure the founders fully intended for a President to be able to do literally whatever he wanted. The Americans who had just finished fighting a war against a tyrannical government, concerned with unchecked and unrestrained power and how to hold leaders accountable, definitely wanted to design a system whereby the President of the US could commit any crime and then shut down the investigation and pardon himself for it. That's the America that George Washington fought for.

The reason why this would be a constitutional crisis is explicitly because the constitution can't resolve this problem. It is unpalatable to America that the President be above the law, and yet the constitution of the US places him there (erroneously). Hence, constitutional crisis.

And you guys don't have Her Maj to unfuck the situation for you.

>Mueller's special counsel isn't a constitutionally outlined one as it is not investigating a crime
It is in the sense that it's a part of the Executive Branch and the entire Executive Branch serves at the pleasure of the President, full stop. Trump can fire everyone in the Executive Branch tomorrow for any reason or no reason and it would be completely within his Constitutionally enumerated powers as President.

That Australian faggot is just another dumbfuck foreigner that erroneously thinks they know how US law works.

Trump gets away with being a pathological lying liar who constantly lies but it would be a crime to lie to Mueller

Attached: 1534184355693.jpg (1027x1326, 544K)

>Yes, I'm sure the founders fully intended for a President to be able to do literally whatever he wanted
Article 2 you dumb faggot. You don't know your ass from your elbow, shut the fuck up.

>it would be completely within his Constitutionally enumerated powers as President.
And yet it would be wholly outside of the correct functioning of the US government, because it would in effect place the President above the law.

And that's retarded.

Hence, constitutional crisis.

Attached: 1522669850687.jpg (1280x720, 116K)

Of course Mueller has nothing, if something this grandiose was actually true he would find evidence within the first day of unrestricted investigation.

a psychopath lib once again cannot resist having violent wetdreams about harming people's families

never change commies

What if the President illegally suspends elections and then pardons himself for it?

A perjury trap is the least of Trump’s troubles. Everyone knows trump is a liar. Perjury is a third rate crime that prosecutors use as a bargaining chip. The evidence, so far filed in court in other other cases, point to fraud, obstruction, corruption and serious felonies committed not just in the campaign, but also separately in the Trump Organization biz and charities. “Russia collusion” is like Starr and “whitewater”; just a starting point for prosecution and criminality.

the fuck are you talking about. congress can impeach the president any time they want.
