All countries in the balkans massively tamper with their demographic statistics and are criticised by international demographers for it. The situation is especially bad in Albania and Kosovo. For example, in 2015 the EU recieved about 75000 refugees from Kosovo (the second largest group after Syrians). The total number of non-EU refugees and just regular immigrants makes it 100000-150000 leaving the country in total in 2015 (very conservative estimate). The Kosovo government however registered only 40000 leaving. The numbers are simply fraudulent.

I keep very hard track of the numbers given the absolute state of my country and the numbers for many immigrant nations of origin are appalingly bad.
