They can they are just highly regulated
Because we are lured into a sense of freedom when we really have to ask to use our rights. Rights that we are told the government protects yet are granted by simply being human.
>NICS
>RealID
>((they won already))
Because they were worried that Criminals would use them to kill people So they tried to Pass a Law which failed in the senate. Then the Democrats waited for a Bill that no one would show up to to vote on and tacked the Hughes amendment onto it making it a law.
Now we have this NFA list of Automatic weapons that people can sell between one another if they have the correct paper work. And only 1 NFA weapon has ever been used in a crime and it was a Cop :D, because the only people we can Trust with weapons are the Government.
You can. You just need the right paperwork.
Its the age old illusion of violence. We all just go along with this idea that only the government has the right to use violence.. Then, every now and then, someone shows us the truth.
Why exactly can't the public legally own mini nukes?
Need to find someone who will make you one and sell it to you. if it was that Easy the Iranians would have several of them.
Its the worlds most retarded conflict of interest. We have a constitutional amendment granting us the right to posess weapons with the sole purpose of preventing the government from having a monopoly on force... and then the government goes ahead and makes it illegal to own the same weapons they have access to.
Bc your average soldier wouldnt carry a mini nuke.
"Well regulated" in 1780s vernacular meant, what ever the average standing army soldier would carry, the right of the public to own shall not be infringed.
If you have a shit ton of money and feel like staying on the feds radar for the rest of your life, buy a .50 or any fully auto weapon.
Wow it’s that gun from Fortnite
So by that logic, MANPADS are fair game.
Well, back in the day you could privately own a ship o' the line, and if you had the money and manpower you could sail off to a foreign port and blockade an entire country starving it's inhabitants if you so chose. So yeah, destructive capacity in and of itself is not a reason to ban arms under the Constitution. I'm not asking for privately owned nukes, but God damn it I want a tank with a functioning main gun.
Technically, yes.
Because the public is beaners and niggers
>puts on AnCap meme flag
SHALL
What would you use it for?
FPBP
Not without fucking tax stamps, and they cannot purchase new machine guns so the supply pool is so damn small people are paying 10k for a bullet hose like a Mac-10. Effectively the public cannot own machine guns, there is not enough to go around.
Fuck you that's what
You have never shot a full auto have you limey?
you can but you have to pay a lot most people cant afford to
ronald reagan
Sure why not? They are so fucking expensive it's not like the average person is going to be able to buy one and shoot down an airliner or something anyway.
Because FDR was a dirty commie.
who said that?
Because the 1980's equivalent of Elliot Rodger shot the president with one.
T.b.f. He was trying to impress a young...VERY young Jodie foster, we would all do the same. Id let her lick my cooter anyday....if I had one.
How rude of you, apologies!
Nope, have you
Cause they scare jews
Can I not?
Please show me the law which prohibits my owning this.
Make me tyrant
