What are the chances of this party being a dud? I'm aware the media inflates support for the EU by citing polls made by pro-EU groups, but I do think the groupthink and the lowly sense of dependency in Ireland is so strong that many will reject it as a party for fringe loonies. If RTE says Ireland is better off in the EU at least two thirds of Irish will passively believe it. I do hope it succeeds. To do that it needs to hold regular events and publicity stunts (unlike Renua) and not get swarmed by fashy b0iz as an outlet for their manlet rage (unlike the National Party).
