The main reason bad shit happens to people on drugs is because they don’t know how to handle themselves and/or they fuck up the dosage. Practically and drug can be done safely by A. Researching the drug, knowing dosage and precautions (which can be found here psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Main_Page). And B. Maintain some attachment to reality while on the drug.
With that in mind even shit like PCP can be done done safely and is generally a sedating, out of body sort of feeling that goes well with music. All the stores of people doing PCP and freaking the fuck out are usually dumb niggers that either took too much or didn’t know what they were doing.

Because drugs are a black hole. This question puts the individual ahead of their community, and that's the problem. If my neighbor starts doing meth, that might become his entire life. He may turn to crime to support his addiction via theft, selling other drugs, robbery etc... My neighbor is now a danger to me, my community has an extra element of danger. Why should he be allowed to impose these conditions on everyone around him?
Also consider the strain it puts on hospitals when someone overdoses. Does your average junky have the means to foot the bill? The cost would be passed on to the tax payer. Why is this acceptable to you?
I understand that dude weed lmao isn't as severe as meth in that regard, but I value the right of a community to reject something it deems deleterious to it.

Obviously harder drugs should be done in moderation. Others should straight be avoided altogether because of the higher risks they pose.

Safer drugs
Psychedelics (LSD, Tryptamines(mushrooms/derivatives) mescaline/SOME phenethylamines)-
Non addictive, builds tolerance immediately discouraging repeated abuse. Can’t cause you to stop breathing or have a heart attack
Marijuana-
Not recommending dude weed lmao every day, but should be treated similarly to alcohol, perhaps poses lower health risk.
Alcohol-
Again, not an everyday thing but is fine in moderation
Disassociatives (DXM Ketamine PCP-
Safe IF dosed correctly so not for dumb niggers but otherwise fine. Don’t try to drive or some shit obviously. Low addiction/abuse potential.

Use with caution
Benzos(Xanax and friends)-
Safe-ish if dosed right and you don’t mix substances on it, but is still addictive as fuck with awful withdrawals. Can cause blackouts or death when taken with alcohol or overdosed.
Lighter Stimulants(Adderall, Ritalin ect.)-
Can greatly increase productivity, but often have awful side effects, are addictive and can damage cardiovascular health. I may be biased as I really hate the side effects stimulants cause.

Avoid
Opiates-
High addiction potential, disease transmission, overdosing. Not worth at all.
Heavy stims(Methamphetamine, crack, cathinones)-
High addiction potential, wack side effects and very neurotoxic.
