Beaner American here. Their are hard working Mexicans here but a lot of them also take govt gibs. The thing the annoys me the most about Mexicans although, is their mentality to assimilation. We had fruit pickers, lawn mowers, housecleaners ect. before the 1980s. The reason they work those jobs now is because they offer to work for half of what Americans work for. They are able to do so because they live 15 to a house, and subsidize their living expenses with crime and welfare. Something many Americans are too civilized/prideful to do.

This is just objectively false. Mexicans start forming gangs whenever they go. They're a criminal people. The statistic that claims they commit less crimes than Americans includes black crime. Furthermore anyone who lives around Mexicans can tell you how criminal these people are. How much violence there is.

because if you work for a business that brings in people who are extremely hard working, then the boss now expects everyone else to work harder. Problem is that some people are such ass kissers that they don't realize that they will not truly be rewarded for their hard work, rather it is better to work more efficiently. Main problem is the boss was happy with the level of work being done before but is now not. You can hard hard fine, but if you are being paid minimum wage you are a fool if you work your guts out.
