11175 in Daylight US is the primary and at night 6739 is the primary. These are the frequencies air craft will request phone patches on. 8992 is essentially a back up to 11175 or monitored for messages when 11175 is occupied by a phone patch.

They don't broadcast constantly. The messages just happen irregularly throughout the day. Sometimes a couple of hours between messages goes by.
