They're doing what? That's retarded DESU, that's the same reason George Zimmerman got away with shooting Trayvon. To prove first degree murder they have to prove he showed up that day intending to run people over in his car, or at least turned onto the street intending to do so. That's going to be real hard. I guess they feel they can't charge one of these high profile guys with manslaughter or whatever, they have to go for first degree murder. But it leads to them getting let off even when the left has more influence in the court.
