Actually it doesn't. A bump stock maybe has half the rate of fire of a military M4 carbine. Aside from that Bumpfire is incredibly inaccurate when compared with conventional select fire, and is only useful for sport shooting. The AR-15 can not fold without serious modification. The buffer tube in the rear of the gun (which is an essential part of function) makes that virtual impossible.
