The old town of Frankfurt am main, formerly the largest preserved medieval city in all of Europe. It was destroyed in its entirely during the war.

The old part of Nuremberg got rebuilt pretty good.
The city might be the most mutt one one Germany, but the tore down the post WW2 buildings and rebuilt em.
