Meaning they have to print their own ballots, contact voting districts and then go around a distribute the ballots to voting locations themselves. My place didn't have AfS ballots for example because they didn't get it done here.

Here in Ireland the voter receives a single piece of paper with the names of all the candidates for the constituency he's in, he puts an x beside the name of the candidate he wants to vite for, then he puts the piece of paper into the ballot box folded. And of course this takes place inside a booth so no one else can see who the person votes for. I would assume that such a system is in place in every democracy.

2. Only one envelope per person for the riksdag (national election). There's also local elections, but that isn't really important.

The "trick" was to pick one ballot of each and every party in front of everyone, then put your intended choice in the envelope and put the others in your pocket or something. You cant stuff the envelope with more than one ballot.

Yes it's illegal and should be reported. However the best thing you can do is to take a blank ballot and write whatever party you want to vote for. This is a cucked system and lately there's been more talks of replacing it. Especially hard for new parties but if AfS reach 1%+ this election they will have free ballots put out and removing them will be much harder
