Thing is, the cripples like those who have their movement troubled are those that unironically need acceptance and help the most. They're really willing to work and prove themselves. And I don't know how is it in the US, but in our country the movement-impaired have practically no way to move by themselves even if they still can limitedly walk or use a wheelchair. The cities are built with no consideration for them - no rails for wheelchairs, no working elevators for underground pedestrian crosswalks, no nothing. They can still work from home but that's severely limited too.
