The article I posted said he had been there less than a month. A witness said you drive to a level and then park and she had gone to the wrong apartment as well.
The Officer came up with an alibi within seconds, which makes sense because she is trained and had prior experience when she shot someone else.
She has denied a relationship, if the Texas Rangers prove a relationship there goes the alibi.

I think this is a case of police training gone wrong. Normal people try the lock before the door handle, but I guess they're trained to try the door handle first because if someone is not where they're supposed to be then they're not going to bother locking the lock, and then just instinctively drew on the guy and fired. So his only mistake here was not locking the door, but it's always white people who complain about having to lock doors so it'll be really fucking interesting how this plays out. I'm actually hoping for her sake that she can claim some sort of ethnicity, because if she's fully white then she and the department will be crucified.
