The lack of threads / outrage on Jow Forums regarding Kavanaugh's nomination process shows just how bias and politically retarded this site has become. Regardless of whether you want a conservative or a liberal judge, you should be seriously concerned about Kavanaugh's nomination proccess.
Trump has declared over 100,000 pages of Kavanaugh's past work in the White House as off limits to the public. In the past, not only is essentially all of a Justice's work reviewed and shared publicly, but this is also conducted by independant researchers. In Kavanaugh's case, it is a longtime underling of his that has been put in charge by Trump to choose what gets hidden and what doesn't.
It was estimated that a thorough review of all these documents could not be completed until October, which is why Republicans have chosen to rush through Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing at an unprecedented pace. The Republicans can sense that they very might well lose congress in November, and thus, they would rather ensure that a subpar appointee gets appointed to the highest court in the nation for life rather than make sure the jugde is properly vetted, since that could risk losing the nomination to Democrats.
If Kavanaugh was a HIlary nominee, there would be twenty threads of conspiracies about what are in those hidden documents. That is only one of a handful of bipartisan concerns regarding Kavanaugh. I guess that Americans are all just memers, now, and don't care about who controls what in their country.

Looks like average time between nomination and confirmation is around 70 days. Trump nominated Kavanaugh back in early July, so two months later everything's pretty much right on track to get him confirmed same as any other judge. 404 rushing Kavanaugh through not found.
Also, inb4 Garland. Not our fault Dems allowed themselves to get cucked out of the nomination at the end of Obama's presidency. Maybe if they weren't so sure they were going to win the presidency in 2016, they would have fought harder to get him confirmed. That's on them, not Republicans.
